Technical knowledge/skills - Electroplating process (specifically barrel type of plating) Understanding surface preparation, cleaning and finishing process.
2. Knowledge of process monitoring, control and quality assurance.
3. Experience with the operation and maintenance of electroplating tanks and other related machinery/equipment. Familiar with measuring and testing equipment.
4. Knowledge on safety practices and handling of chemicals. Familiar on the government regulation on waste disposal, emission and environmental safety.
5. Documentation skills (Control plans, FMEA, Procedures etc.)
6. Knowledge on troubleshooting and problem solving skills, with experience in root cause analysis.
